Clean Filters
Clean filters more often in dusty conditions. 1. The cab air filters are located in the cab substructure. 2. Remove the filter elements. Clean the filter elements with pressure air.Pressure air can cause personal injury. When using pressure air for cleaning, wear a protective face shield, protective clothing and protective shoes.The maximum air pressure must be below 205 kPa (30 psi) for cleaning purposes.3. Install the filter elements. Install the filter cover.Automatic Lubrication System
Refill Reservoir
The lubricant can be replenished by replacing the drum, or filling the drum with a paddle. The lubricator holds 54 Kg (120 lb) of lubricant when empty.1. Loosen the nuts holding cover and drum in place.2. Attach lifting device to drum and to lifting eye provided overhead.3. Lift drum free and lower thru floor to ground.4. Attach lifting device to new drum of lubricant and raise into position.5. Install cover and tighten nuts holding cover and drum in place.
