This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI32294" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32294" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The 9S-4183 Plug needs to be replaced on certain C32 Marine engines. If the existing plug fails it can/will leak sea water.

ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect the engine for the presence of 9S-4183 Plug/s. Refer to Item 1 in Image 1.1.1 and Image 2.1.1 in the attached Rework Procedure.
If the 9S-4183 Plug/s has been removed to provide cooling for additional boat systems or if the port is being utilized with an optional sensor, no further action is needed.
If the 9S-4183 Plug/s is installed, refer to the attached Rework Procedure.
