Removal Procedure
Lower the blade to the ground.

Position the upper structure to a 90° angle, as shown above.
Remove two bolts (1) and washers.
Remove cover (2) from the blade cylinder.

Remove bolt (3), washer (4), and spacer (5) .
Remove pin assembly (6) from the blade cylinder.
Use a suitable lifting device to lower the blade cylinder to the floor.

Use a suitable lifting device to support the blade.
Remove bolt (8), washer (9), and spacer (10) from the blade.
Remove pin assembly (11) from the blade.
Repeat Step (9) and Step (10) for the opposite side of the blade.
Use a suitable lifting device to remove blade (7) from the undercarriage frame. Weight of the blade is 168 kg (370 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Be sure that the pin assembly and the pin bores are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the blade.

Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the diameter of the pin bore and the pin assembly. Use a suitable lifting device to support blade (7) into position. Weight of the blade is 168 kg (370 lb).
Install pin assembly (11) into the blade.
Install spacer (10), washer (9), and bolt (8) .
Repeat Step (2) and Step (3) for the opposite side of the blade.

Use a suitable lifting device to lift the blade cylinder into position. Weight of the blade cylinder is 27 kg (60 lb).
Install pin assembly (6) into the blade cylinder.
Install spacer (5), washer (4), and bolt (3) .

Place cover (2) on the blade cylinder.
Install washers and two bolts (1) .
