This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1233" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1233" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The washers used on the fan drive and fan drive adjuster bracket need to be replaced because they may break on certain 3508, 3512, and 3516 Engines. If the washers break, the fan may shift positions.

1. Remove the existing 5P1076 Washers and install new 7X0550 Washers.2. Remove the existing 5P1075 Washers and install new 5P1075 Washers.
