Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the counterweight.

Remove cover assembly (1).

Remove pin (3) and reposition the gas spring assembly and hood assembly (2). Secure the gas spring assembly and hood assembly (2). Remove cover assembly (4).

Remove hose assembly (5). Remove belt (6). Remove alternator (7).

Remove the bolts from air conditioning compressor (8). Reposition air conditioning compressor.

Remove engine mount bolt (9). Repeat for other side.

Use the suitable lifting device in order to raise the front of engine (10) by approximately 25 mm (1.0 inch).

Remove engine front mount (11). Repeat for the other side. Installation Procedure

Install engine front mount (11). Repeat for the other side.

Using a suitable lifting device, lower front of engine (10). Install engine mount bolt (9).Repeat for the other side. Tighten engine mount bolt (9) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft). Repeat for the other side.

Remove suitable lifting device from engine (10).

Install air conditioning compressor (8).

Install alternator (7). Install belt (6). Install hose assembly (5).
