3 4 7N-2405 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts for the rod cap. Refer Illustration 2 for tightening sequence.
1. Before assembly, lubricate the threads and seats of the bolts with Molylube.
2. Tighten bolt 1 and bolt 2 to 90 5 N m (66 4 lb ft).
3. Tighten bolt 3 and bolt 4 to 90 5 N m (66 4 lb ft).
4. Again, tighten bolt 3 and bolt 4 to 90 5 N m (66 4 lb ft).
6. Tighten each bolt for an extra angle of 90 5 degrees.
