ACTION REQUIRED
1. Apply an air vacuum to the hydraulic tank to reduce the amount of fluid leakage that will be caused by the removal of the hoses and tubes in this procedure.
2. Remove the RH fender from the tractor if necessary for access to the 2T3422 Lines Group.
3. Remove the 2T2584 Tube As, 2T2772 Hose As, (2) 7S-8920 Clips and (2) 7S-8921 Clips that hold the hose assembly. These parts will all be discarded, except for the clip hardware. Do not remove the clips that share the same hardware and hold the tube assembly mounted above this tube assembly.
4. The following tube assemblies on the machine may not have the correct threads for current serviced parts. For a resolution and to prevent damage to threads on new parts, they should be replaced:
Replace the existing 2T2586 Tube As with a new 2T2586 Tube As using a 4J0527 Seal and existing hardware.
Also replace the existing 2T2585 Tube As with a new 2T2585 Tube As using a new 4J0527 Seal and existing hardware.
5. Install the 286-1775 Hose As using (2) 8T0315 Seals, one on each end of it. An additional clip point will be used to hold the new hose assembly toward the rear of the machine. This will require the machine to have (3) 5P7470 Clips, (3) 5P7471 Clips, and (3) 5P7703 Grommets to hold the hose assembly by also using the hardware removed in Step 2. Also install an additional (1) 7S3916 Clip, and (1) 7S3919 Clip to hold onto the tube assembly mounted above this hose assembly.
6. The third clip point will be mounted using (2) 8T4223 Washers, (1) 6V8188 Nut, and (1) 8T8919 Bolt.
