Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal . Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove bolts (2) and remove brace (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and (8). Remove bolts (3) and disconnect block (4). Remove bolts (7) and disconnect block (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (11).

Attach a suitable lifting device to main pump assembly (13). The weight of main pump assembly (13 ) is approximately 72 kg (160 lb). Remove bolts (12) and remove main pump assembly (13).
