The active error mode will be displayed on the monitor panel. The active error codes correspond to an abnormal condition that is detected by the controller.
From the default screen, press the menu key (4) .
From the "MAIN MENU" screen, use the right key (2) to scroll through the menu options. When the "SERVICE" is highlighted, press the OK key (8) .

Enter the service mode. Select the "DIAGNOSTIC" option by using the up key (1) or the down key (6) .
When the "DIAGNOSTIC" menu option is highlighted press the OK key (8) .

Highlight the "ACTIVE ERROR" option from the "DIAGNOSTIC" menu. Refer to Illustration 3. When "ACTIVE ERROR" is highlighted press the OK key (8) .

The "ACTIVE ERROR" screen contains a list of all the active errors. The list contains information for the following:MID - (MMM) The MID is the code for the module identifier.CID - (CCCC) The CID is the code for the component identification.FMI - (FF) The FMI is the failure mode identifier.
Use the up key (1) and the down key (6) in order to scroll through the list of active errors. Tables 1 and 2 contain typical examples of MID and FMI codes.
