New 486-3207 Relief Valve Gp showing location of identifying mark "40A".
The new 486-3207 Relief Valve Gp replaces the former 270-5731 Relief Valve Gp. The new valve group check and relief does not have the new part number stamped on the valve body. The new valve can be identified by confirming an identifying mark of "40A" on the relief valve body as shown in Illustration 1. The new 486-3207 Relief Valve Gp is effective with and adaptable to the machine listed in Table 2. The 486-3207 Relief Valve Gp should be installed and tightened to 95 14 N m (70 10 lb ft).
