Remove pin (16) from head (8) .
Remove piston rod (11) from head (8) .
Remove piston rod (14) from head (8) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearing cup (17) from head (8) .

Remove bearing (19). Remove shims (18) that are underneath the bearing. Remove plate (20) from the pump group. Remove two pins (Z) from the pump housing.

Remove four bolts (24). Remove two locking plates (23) and remove two spacer plates (22) from swashplate (21) .

Remove plug (25) from housing (3) .
Remove rotating group (26) and remove shim kit (27) from shaft (36) .

For assembly purposes, place identification marks on pistons (28). The position of the identification marks should correspond to the position of barrel (29) and plate (30). Remove piston assemblies (28) and remove plate (30) from barrel (29) .

Sudden release of spring force can cause injury.To prevent the possibility of injury, follow the procedure to relieve the spring pressure.
Use Tooling (D) and use a press in order to compress spring (33). Use Tool (B) in order to remove retaining ring (31) from barrel (29) .
Remove the following parts from barrel (29) : retaining ring (31), spacer (34), spring (33) and spacer (32) .

For assembly purposes, note the orientation of swashplate (21) to housing (3). Remove swashplate (21). Remove shaft (36) and bearing (35) from housing (3) .

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove retaining ring (38) from the housing. Remove lip seal (39) from the housing.

Remove two screws (42). Remove bearing (40) and remove bearing (41) from housing (3) .

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove roller bearing cup (43) from the housing.
