Illustration 3 g03867255The Work Monitor menu displays the following: (1)" Average Fuel Rate" = Total Fuel (L) / Machine Operating Hours (h). (2)" Average Productivity (t/h)" = Total Payload (t) / Machine Operating Hours (h). (3)" Average Efficiency (t/L)" = (2) Average Productivity / (1) Average Fuel Rate. (4)" Total Payload" = Total Payload Loading. (5)" Truck Count" = Total Number of Trucks loaded. (6)" Total Bucket Count" = Total Number of Bucket Loads. (7)" Idle Time Rate (%)" = Machine Idle Time (h) / Machine Operating Hours (h). (8)" Reset Key" - Press the "Reset Key" to reset all information to “0”.

(10)" All" - Calculates Productivity information at whole cycle ("Weigh" mode and "Standby" mode).Note: "Truck" (9) is the information stored since the last reset. "All" (10) is the information stored in total lifetime, which is the whole machine life.Note: "Lifetime Stored Payload" and "Lifetime Stored Bucket Count" are sent to "VisionLink". The data contained in "VisionLink" is not reset.Operating Mode
Illustration 5 g03867271CPM Enable Status - Changes the mode between "Enabled" and "Disabled". When "Disabled" is selected, CPM system is in "Standby" mode. The CPM menu screen is not displayed when in this mode.Automatic ID Feature - Sets the enable / disable of the shortcut function to the "Site Configuration" menu.Bucket Zero Interval - Sets the operating time interval that prompts the operator with a warning to zero the bucket.Reweigh Warning - Changes the mode between "Enabled" and "Disabled". When "Disabled" is selected, all Reweigh messages are no longer shown on the monitor.

For example, material that gets stuck in the bucket.Raw Payload - Display of the Raw Bucket Payload that gives live, real-time evaluation of the bucket payload, regardless of the operation.Note: The Operator should check the "Weigh Status indicator to determine the accuracy of the payload."Sound Set Up

The "Site Configuration" feature lists the information for all the trucks being loaded by the specific machine at the job site. The "OK" and "Cursor" buttons are used to step through the information for each truck.

Selecting the "Truck List" from the "Production Measurement" menu allows the operator to enter data for up to ten trucks. When the highlighted parameter is selected, an input screen appears allowing the operator to input the desired text description.The configuration parameters for each truck include:
