62. Using Tool (J), measure the torque necessary to rotate the roller bearing cones. Add or remove shims as required to obtain a rolling torque of not less than 9 N m (80 lb in) or greater than 45 N m (400 lb in). Remove the three bolts, the washers, the two caps, and the tooling from top front frame assembly (1). Install lip seal with the lip facing outward.63. Using Took (K), install lip seal (62) to cap (61).64. Repeat Step 63 for the remaining cap. 65. Install two caps (61), 12 bolts (60), and the washers to top front frame assembly (1). Connect hose assembly (59) to cap (61). Tighten 12 bolts (60) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft). 66. Position the forks of the lift truck and a chain to ripper carriage assembly (47). 67. Remove the four stands from under rear frame assembly (46). 68. Install the hose assemblies to rear frame assembly (46) as shown. Remove the chocks from rear tires and rims (58). 69. Using the lift truck, slowly align rear frame assembly (46) to front frame assembly (1) as shown. Install spacer (57) to front frame assembly (1). 70. Using Tool (E) and a lifting sling, position the hose assemblies out of the way as shown. Make sure to align the bottom pin bolt holes with the bolt holes in the rear frame assembly prior to the pin installation.71. Lower the temperature of pin (56) to a temperature of -75 °C (-103 °F). Install pin (56) to bottom rear frame assembly (46). 72. Install plate (55), eight bolts (54), and the washers to rear frame assembly (46). Tighten eight bolts (54) to a torque of 240 40 N m (176 29 lb ft). Make sure to align the bottom pin bolt holes with the bolt holes in the rear frame assembly (46) prior to the pin installation.73. Lower the temperature of the pin to a temperature of -75 °C (-103 °F). Install the top pin to top rear frame assembly (46). Do not install the shim pack at this time.74. Remove the pipe plug from plate (51). Install plate (51), four bolts (52), and the washers to rear frame assembly (46) to set the bearing components. Tighten four bolts (52) to a torque of 460 60 N m (338 44 lb ft). 75. Using Tool (N), measure the distance from the bottom of the pin to
