Install new clamps on the exhaust down tubes and install new bolts and spacers into the air system frame. Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.
PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1.) Remove downtube strap clamp from both the left and right hand side of the engine.

2.) Install new tube clamp, along with new mounting hardware. Tighten bolts and studs to 55 Nm.

3.) Remove exhaust bellows at the top of the downtubes on both the right and left side of the engine. Install new bellows and clamps. Tighten clamps to 12 Nm.

4.) Remove and replace air system platform bolts (3 per side) as indicated in the picture below. Install new 363-2030 Spacers and new 527-6927 Bolts. Tighten bolts to 100 +/- 20 Nm.
