Removal Procedure
Note: Start the machine and position the bucket flat on the floor, as shown below.Note: Do not stand directly in front of the bucket. The bucket has more weight on the top of the bucket than the bottom. Place wood blocks in the back of the bucket in order to prevent the bucket movement when the pins are removed.

Remove pin locks (1) and (2) .

Remove pins (3) and (4) with a brass punch.

Start the machine and move stick (5) away from bucket (6). Weight of the bucket is 95 kg (210 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Be sure that the stick pin bore, bucket pin bores, and bucket pins are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the bucket.

Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the diameter of the pin bore and the bucket pins.
Start the machine and move stick (5) in a vertical position.
Place bucket (6) flat on the ground. Weight of the bucket is 95 kg (210 lb).

Lower the stick into the bucket until the pin bores are aligned with each other.
Install pins (3) and (4) into the bucket with a plastic hammer.

Install pin locks (1) and (2) into the pins.
