ACTION REQUIRED
The brake pump pressure sensor goes into the PS2 port on the brake manifold (see rework instructions). For 793F and 793F XQ Off-Highway Trucks, replace the 165-6365 Fitting As. with 319-8800 Connector and use a 214-7568 Seal-O-Ring. For 795F AC, 797F, and 797F XQ Off-Highway Trucks, add the 319-8800 Connector and the 214-7568 Seal-O-Ring.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
For 793F Off-Highway Trucks, at location A, remove 221-3405 Sensor Gp-Pressure from the 165-6365 Fitting As. From the brake manifold PS2 port, remove and replace 165-6365 Fitting As and 3J-1907 Seal-O-Ring with 319-8800 Connector and 214-7568 Seal-O-Ring. Reinstall the 221-3405 Sensor Gp-Pressure to the 319-8800 Connector.
For 795F AC and 797F Off-Highway Trucks, at location A, remove 221-3405 Sensor Gp-Pressure from the brake manifold PS2 port. Install 319-8800 Connector and 214-7568 Seal-O-Ring to the brake manifold PS2 port. Reinstall the 221-3405 Sensor Gp-Pressure to the 319-8800 Connector.
Note: The 795FAC and 797F models do not have the 165-6365 Fitting As and 3J-1907 Seal-O-Ring.
