Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the storage box for the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Storage Box and Covers (Cab) - Remove and Install" in this manual.

Remove bolt (3) and the washer from upper air duct (2). Peel back two rubber gaskets (1) on each side of upper air duct (2). Remove upper air duct (2).

Disconnect two electrical connectors (4) to two damper motors. Note: Mark the two electrical connectors for assembly purposes.

Remove four bolts (6) and the washers. Remove case assembly (5).

The blower motor has been removed for photographic purposes.
Note: Mark electrical connectors (9) for installation purposes.
Disconnect four electrical connectors (9).
Remove two bolts (7). Remove resistor (8). Installation Procedure

Place resistor (8) in position. Install two bolts (7).
Connect four electrical connectors (9).

Install case assembly (5).
Install the washers and four bolts (6).

Connect two electrical connectors (4) to the correct damper motors.

Install upper air duct (2). Reattach two rubber gaskets (1). Install the washer and bolt (3). End By:
