Check the track adjustment. Check for wear and for excessive dirt buildup.If the track appears to be too tight or too loose, proceed to "Track Adjustment".Track Adjustment
Do not remove any parts until all pressure has been relieved to avoid possible personal injury. Relieve pressure by opening relief valve one turn maximum. See maintenance guide for track adjustment procedure.
Move the machine forward slowly. Allow the track tension to equalize on the top track carrier roller. Do not apply the brakes in order to stop the machine.

Open the valve cover.

Add multipurpose grease (MPGM) through the track adjustment valve until the track is tight.

Make a mark on the roller frame 10 mm (0.39 inch) behind the idler bearing support. Ensure that the front idler has enough room in order to retract.
Open the track adjustment valve by one full turn and allow the idler to move back. Moving the machine in reverse will help to move back the idler.
Close the track adjustment valve.
Add multipurpose grease (MPGM) through the track adjustment valve until the mark on the roller frame is aligned with the rear edge of the idler bearing support.
Close the valve cover.
Repeat the procedure for the other track.
