The existing 358-0768 Adjusting Screws may have been manufactured with small quench cracks under the button of the screw.
ACTION REQUIRED
Remove all 358-0768 Adjusting Screws from dealer parts stock. The 358-0768 Adjusting Screws are marked with star or "X" at the bottom of the hex of the screw head.
