Heat bearing cone (30) to a maximum temperature of 120 °C (250 °F).
Use the proper protective equipment to handle the bearing cone. Install the bearing cone on shaft (13), as shown.
Make sure that the bearing cone is seated against the shoulder on the shaft.

Install shaft (13) in pump housing (26), as shown.

Install two bearings (29) in pump housing (26).

Install two stop assemblies (28) in swashplate (25).

Install two plugs (27) in swashplate (25).

Install swashplate (25) in pump housing (26), as shown.

Install three reaction pins (24) in the original positions in barrel (19).
Install spacer (22) and spring (23) in barrel (19).
Use a suitable press in order to compress spring (23) in barrel (19).
Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (21).
Carefully release the spring pressure.

Install bearing (20) on barrel (19).

Install nine piston assemblies (17) in the original positions in reaction plate (18).
Install nine piston assemblies (17) and reaction plate (18) in the original position in barrel (19).

Position the pump housing, as shown.
Install barrel assembly (15) and spacer (14) on the shaft in the pump housing.
O-ring seal (16) in the pump housing.

Heat bearing cone (12) to a maximum temperature of 120 °C (250 °F).
Use proper protective equipment in order to install bearing cone (12) on shaft (13).

Install four O-ring seals (11) in head (1).
Install pin (9) in head (1).
Lower the temperature of bearing cup (10) and install the bearing cup in head (1).
Install piston (8) in head (1).
Install guide (7) in head (1).

Install port plate (4) in the original position in head (1).
Install spring (5) and plunger (4) in head (1).
Install piston (3) in head (1).

Install head (1) in the original position on the pump housing.
Install four bolts (2) in the head. End By:
Install the pressure and flow compensator valve to the piston pump which is used to cool the axle oil. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pressure and Flow Compensator Valve (Piston Pump, Axle Oil Cooler) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the piston pump which is used in the cooling system for the axle oil. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Implement Pilot)(Axle Oil Cooler) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
