Install cover (37). Install plug (39) and the O-ring seal. Install the spool, the O-ring seal, and plug (38).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable vise to hold spool (31). Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (34). Install the stop, springs (35) and (36), seats (33), and bolt (34) to spool (31). tighten bolt (34) to a torque of 17 1 N m (13 1 lb ft).

Install spool (31). Install plug (32) and the O-ring seal. tighten plug (32) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 3 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (30) to cover (29).

Install cover (29) and bolts (28). Tighten bolts (28) to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 3 lb ft). Install O-ring seals (26) and O-ring seals (27) on control valve assembly (23).

Install O-ring seals (24) and O-ring seals (25).

Install Tooling (A).
Position control valve assembly (23) and cover (22). Install three of bolts (21).
Remove Tooling (A) and install the remaining bolts (21).

Assemble flow control valve (7) and install nut (17). Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 7.8 1.0 N m (69 9 lb in). Install backup rings (16), (18), and (20). Install O-ring seals (15) and (19).

Install backup ring (11) and ring (14). Install O-ring seals (8), (9), (10), (12), and (13). Assemble relief valve (5).

Install relief valve (5). Tighten relief valve (5) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 3 lb ft). Install flow control valve (7). Tighten flow control valve (7) to a torque of 208 8 N m (153 5 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (6) to valve assembly (1).

Position valve assembly (4) and install bolts (3). Position valve assembly (1) and install bolts (2). End By:
Install the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Install".
