Attach a suitable lifting device to front trunnion support (1) and position front trunnion support (1) in a suitable press. The weight of front trunnion support (1) is approximately 102 kg (225 lb). Make sure that the retainer side of front trunnion support (1) is facing upward.
Use Tooling (A) in order to install sleeve bearing (6) until sleeve bearing (6) is seated against the shoulder of front trunnion support (1) . Apply Tooling (B) to the bore of sleeve bearing (6) .
Apply Tooling (B) to O-ring seal (5) and install O-ring seal (5) .

Position front trunnion support (1) onto suitable cribbing. Install retainer (2) and bolts (4) . Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to O-ring seal (3) and install O-ring seal (3) .End By: Install the front trunnion support on the rear oscillating axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Trunnion Support (Oscillating Axle, Front) - Install".
