Caterpillar does not have a validated solution ready in this domain yet. Hence, under no circumstances, Caterpillar shall be held liable for any event that occurs due to the installation of this device.TrackEye system typically has the following components:
Mobile DVR (Modem + Processing Unit + Digital Video Recorder + Hard Disk Drive)
Cameras, configurable up to 4 analog & 1 digital. An Ethernet hub is required to connect even more digital cameras.
Cellular Antenna
GPS Antenna
Wi-Fi Antenna (optional)

The customer is expected to purchase a SIM card with a valid mobile data plan to enable video data transmission to the cloud server over cellular network. The SIM shall be of standard size as the MDVR is compatible with the standard-size SIM only. Other sizes of SIM card shall use SIM card adapters. Customer is responsible for the SIM card and is expected to pay the bills directly to the service provider to keep the connection active.After Sales Support
