Install tube assembly (30) to valve assembly (28) and seal connector (27).
Install clip (31) to tube assembly (30).
Apply Tooling (Z) to the threads of bolt (29). Install bolt (29) and the washer that secures tube assembly (30) to the differential carrier assembly.

Install plug (26) to plate assembly (25). Dimension (Y) cannot be more than 9.5 mm (0.37 inch).

If necessary, install a "M12 X 1.75" guide bolt to cage (7). Use two people to install plate assembly (25) to cage (7). The weight of plate assembly (25) is approximately 26 kg (57 lb).

Apply Tooling (Z) to the threads of bolts (23). Install bolts (23), the hard washers, and clip (24).

Install plate (21) to cage assembly (3).

If necessary, use Tooling (BC) and a suitable hammer to install orifice plug (22) to housing (13). Dimension (Z) must be 26 mm (1.0 inch). Repeat this step for the remaining gear sensor housing.

Lubricate gear (18). Apply Tooling (Z) onto bolts (17). Install gear sensor (20), disk drive (19), retainer (18), and bolts (17). Repeat this step for the remaining gear sensor housing.

Install the gear and housing (13) to cage assembly (3).
Apply Tooling (Z) to the threads of bolts (16). Install bolts (16) to housing (13).

Install the gear and housing (14) to cage (7).
Apply Tooling (Z) to the threads of bolts (15). Install bolts (15) and the hard washers to housing (14).

Disconnect harness assembly (8) from harness assembly (9). Tooling (C) to remove speed sensor (10).

Use Tooling (C) to install speed sensor (12). Tighten speed sensor (12) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft). Connect harness assembly (9) to harness assembly (11).

Use Tooling (C) to install speed sensor (10). Tighten speed sensor (10) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft). Connect harness assembly (9) to harness assembly (8).

Apply Tooling (BF) to the threads of elbow (4) and connector (6). Install elbow (6) and connector (4). Install tube assembly (5).
Remove elbow (6) and connector (4) from cage assembly (7).
