Mark the locations on the frame for installing the two Hinges (14) use the dimension provided in Illustration 3.
Prepare the hinge mounting surface by removing paint from the marked location.

Weld two Hinges (14) on to the frame. Refer to the dimension in Illustration 3. Weld the hinges at point (Y) and point (Z) using a 3 mm (0.12 inch) filet weld. Refer to the welding details in Illustration 4.
In order to mount the hydraulic kit cover, ensure that the two hinge holes align. Refer to Illustration 1.
Clean and inspect the welds.
Paint the welds and hinge areas to prevent corrosion.Installing Latch Assembly

Remove lock washer (11) and nut (12) from the latch assembly . Refer to Illustration 5.

Secure Latch As (1) with Cover As (3). Refer to Illustration 6.

Secure back lock washer (11) and nut (12) and tighten nut (12) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 7.Installing Gasket and Plate

Position Gasket (4) and Plate (2) on the inner wall of Cover As (3). Refer to Illustration 8.

Install Gasket (4) and Plate (2) with Cover As (3) with two Screws (10), Washers (9) and Locknuts (6). Tighten two Screws to a torque of 6 1 N m (4 0.7 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 9.Installing Cam with Latch Assembly

Remove hex bolt (13) from Latch As (1). Refer to Illustration 10.

Install Cam (5) with Latch As (1) with hex bolt (13). Tighten hex bolt (13) to a torque of 6 1 N m (4 0.7 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 11.Installing Hydraulic Cap Cover with Machine

Position Kit-Cover (15) with Hinge (14) so that holes are aligning. Refer to Illustration 12.

Install Kit-Cover (15) with Hinge 345-5507 Hinge (14) with Bolt (8) and Locknut (7). Tighten Locknut (7) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 13.
