A - Guide Stud 1/2 −13 by 4 inch 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install Tooling (A) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine front support (10). Install engine front support (10). The weight of engine front support (10) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Remove the suitable lifting device and slide engine front support (19) toward engine (10) .

Install bolts (18). Remove Tooling (A) .

Install washer (17). Install bolt (16). Tighten bolt (16) to a torque of 900 100 N m (663 73 lb ft).

Install washer (13). Install bolt (12). Tighten bolt (12) to a torque of 900 100 N m (663 74 lb ft). Position tube (14). Install bolt (15) and (11) .

Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By: Install the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Crankshaft Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".
