Remove bolts (16). Remove sheet assembly (15) .
Remove the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Remove bolts (17) .

Install Tooling (A). Remove remaining bolts (17) .

Slide crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) away from the engine.
Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb). Remove crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) .Installation Procedure

B     4C-5593     Anti-Seize Compound     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Install Tooling (A). Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb). Position crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) on Tooling (A). Remove the suitable lifting device from crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) .

Slide crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (18) toward the engine. Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (17). Install bolts (17). Remove Tooling (B).

Apply Tooling (B) to remaining bolts (17). Install remaining bolts (17) .
Install the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
