The 6G-8013 Rim interferes with the 321-5144 Bolt (2) that protrude through the flange of the 310-6094 Rear Wheel (1). As a result, an insufficient bolted joint may occur and may cause the 339-3284 Hex Nut (3) to loosen at early hours.Solution
During commissioning, install the rim and verify that the rim flange seats fully against the wheel flange. Excessive force should not be required to push the rim over the bolts.If interference is found between the rim and the bolts, use a suitable grinder to remove the bolt serration interference as needed.Verify that the bolts are pressed fully into the wheel flange. Check to see if a feeler gauge can be inserted under the head of the bolt. If a gap is found, press the bolts completely into the wheel flange before mounting the rims.When mounting the rims, use 4C-5592 Anti-Seize Compound on the faces of the 322-1942 Hard Washer (4) and on the threads of the 321-5144 Bolts . Torque the 339-3284 Hex Nuts to 1700 200 N m (1254 148 lb ft). The torque value has changed from the F-Series specifications.
