Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

Remove bolts (3) and lamp group (4) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (5) .
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the opposite side.

Loosen clamps (6) .
Remove hose (8) from aftercooler (7). Slide hose (8) onto tube (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting device. The weight of the aftercooler is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

Remove bolts (10) .
Repeat Step 8 for the opposite side.
Remove aftercooler (7). The weight of aftercooler (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device. The weight of aftercooler (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Position aftercooler (7) .

Install bolts (10) .
Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.

Slide hose (8) onto aftercooler (7) and onto tube (9) .
Tighten clamps (6) .

Connect harness assemblies (5) .

Install lamp group (4) and bolts (3) .
Repeat Step 7 through Step 8 for the opposite side.

Install cover (2) and bolts (1) .
