Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Installation Procedure:
(1). Loosely assemble plate as shown with the following hardware:
2 - 8T-4139 Bolts
2 - 8T-4223 Washers
(2). Insert the pry bar between the inner edge of the 328-2032 plate and the Rops Plate.
(3). Apply force to move the Fuel Neck away from the Cab Door edge. As you apply more force, the Neck will continue to move. Once distance is established, tighten the bolts to 100 Nm.
Rework pictures - Before/After:
(1). Picture of Cab Door interference without plate installed.
(2). Loosely assemble plate.
(3). Pry bar inserted between the inner edge of the 328-2032 plate and the Rops Plate.
(4). Picture with new plate installed. Notice the lack of interference.
