Removal Procedure
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Radiator Tilting".
At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure.Steam can cause personal injury.Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure.Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.

SSL, MTL, and CTL

CWL
For the SSL, MTL, and CTL models, loosen quarter turn fasteners (2). For the CWL models loosen the four bolts (2). Remove guard (1).

Loosen nut (3) and bolt (4).

Remove belt (5). Remove bolts (6) and pulley (7).

Remove bolts (8), water pump (9) and the gasket.Installation Procedure
Install water pump (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect, Adjust, Replace" for proper belt tensioning procedure.
