Install valve assembly (12). Tighten valve assembly (12) to a torque of 185 13 N m (136 10 lb ft).
Install valve assembly (13). Tighten valve assembly (13) to a torque of 35 1 N m (26 1.0 lb ft).

Install screen (9) on manifold (6). Tighten screen (9) to a torque of 7 2 N m (62 2 lb in).

Install plug (8) on manifold (6) .

Install manifold (6) on main control valve (1). Install nuts (4) on studs (5). Tighten nuts (4) in an (X) pattern to the following torque 50 N m (37 lb ft). Turn nuts (4) in an (X) pattern an additional 180 degrees.

Position mounting plate (3) onto suitable cribbing. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (1). The weight of control valve (1) is approximately 276 kg (610 lb). Position main control valve (1) on mounting plate (3) Install mounting plate (3) on main control valve (1). Install tube assembly (2) .End By: Install the main control valve.
