Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" in this module.

Remove two bolts (1), the washers, and bracket (2) from the turbocharger.

Note: When you remove the tubes, cover all openings in order to prevent contamination of the system.
Disconnect two tubes (3) from turbocharger (4) .

Remove four bolts (5), the nuts, and turbocharger (4) from the machine.Installation Procedure
Inspect the gasket that connects the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold. Replace the gasket, if necessary.

Put turbocharger (4) into position on the machine. Install four bolts (5) and the nuts.

Connect two tubes (3) to turbocharger (4) .

Install bracket (2) on the turbocharger. Install two bolts (1) and the washers.End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" in this module.
