PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Remove the existing fuse block assembly:
Note: Retain and reuse all removed hardware.
1) Shut off the battery disconnect switch.
2) Remove the four bolts and washers retaining the seat assembly and slide the seat assembly toward the rear of the cab. Refer to (1) in Image 1.1.1.

3) Remove the four bolts retaining the fuse panel cover. Refer to (2) in Image 1.2.1. Remove the cover from the fuse panel assembly. Refer to (3) in Image 1.2.1.

4) Remove the two nuts and washers from the fuse block terminals. Disconnect the three cable assemblies from the fuse block. Mark the cables to identify the required locations. Refer to (4) in Image 1.3.1.

5) Remove the four mounting bolts from mounting tabs on fuse block. Refer to (5) in Image 1.4.1.

6) Disconnect the eight harness connectors from the fuse block. Remove the fuse block. Refer to (6) in Image 1.5.1.

Install the new fuse block assembly:
7) Connect the eight harness connectors to the correct locations on the fuse block assembly. Verify that the eight harness connectors have been fully seated in the fuse block assembly. Refer to (6) in Image 1.6.1

8) Install the four mounting bolt into the mounting tabs on the fuse block assembly. Torque the four mounting bolts to 6 +/- 1 Nm. Refer to (5) in Image 1.7.1.

9) Install the three cable assemblies in the correct locations. Install the fuse block terminal hardware in the correct order. Refer to Image 1.8.1 for the correct assembly order.

10) Tighten the two terminal nuts to 19 +/- 1 Nm. Refer to (4) in Image 1.9.1.

11) Install the cover onto the fuse panel assembly. Refer to (3) in Image 1.10.1. Install the four bolts retaining the fuse panel cover. Refer to (2) in Image 1.10.1.

12) Install the film on the fuse block assembly. Refer to Image 1.11.1.

13) Align the mounting holes on the seat assembly. Install the four mounting bolts and washers. Refer to (1) in Image 1.12.1.

14) Turn the battery disconnect switch to the "ON" position and verify the correct operation of the new fuse block.
