Move the machine to a smooth, horizontal location that is away from operating machines and away from personnel.
Permit only one operator on the machine. Keep all other personnel away from the machine or in the operator's sight.
Place the steering control lever in the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the attachments to the ground.
Stop the engine.
Turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the engine.
Verify that the implement shutoff control is in the UNLOCKED position.
Move the implement control levers through the full range of travel several times. This should relieve any pressure that may be present in the implement hydraulic system.
Remove the floorplate in the operator's station.

Locate the control valve stack.
Remove the plug from tank port (1) on the inlet manifold.
Install Tooling (C) in tank port (1) on the inlet manifold.
Attach Tooling (A2) or (B) to tooling (C) .Note: It is not necessary to take a reading from tooling (A2) . The tooling is only required as a safety precaution. Do not use Tooling (A1) at this time. When the implements are moved, the pressure will break tooling (A1) .
Replace the floorplate.
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to 65° 3°C (150° 5°F).
Lower the blade until the lift cylinders are fully extended. The front of the machine will be lifted off the ground. Return the control valve to the HOLD position.
Shut off the engine.
Replace Tooling (A2) with Tooling (A1) .
Turn the key to the ON position but do not start the engine.
Access the advisor "SERVICE MENU". Select "SYSTEM STATUS" and then select "IMPLEMENT". Monitor the "BLADE CONTROL LIFT %".
Move the blade control lever to the BLADE RAISE position. The pressure setting for the charging valve should be recorded when the "BLADE CONTROL LIFT %" is between minus 20% and minus 40% and the front of the tractor is moving down. The pressure setting for the charging valve should be 1050 250 kPa (150 35 psi).Note: Several attempts may be required in order to find a consistent pressure reading.Note: If several attempts are required, make sure that you replace
