PUMP-FUEL 5425722 - Caterpillar

The electric fuel refueling pump pumps fuel into the fuel tank.
Do not operate the fuel pump more than 30 minutes continuously or too long without fuel. Pump damage can result.
Type A
1. Properly insert the free end of suction hose (1) into a container of fuel. 2. Push fuel pump switch (2) in to transfer the fuel to the tank. When the tank is full, the pump stops refueling. Release fuel pump switch (2).3. Make sure excess fuel is drained from suction hose (1) before storing. 4. When storing suction hose (1), coil the hose on the fuel pump mounting plate, holding it in place with the clamps provided on the plate. Hold the hose end in place with clamps (3), as shown.
To prevent hose damage, do not coil the hose in a tight radius.
5. Close the access door.Type B
1. Remove cap (1) from the fuel tank.2. Unlatch the storage box cover located at the front of the radiator. Remove the storage box cover and take out suction hose (2) from the storage box.3. Properly insert the free end of suction hose (2) into a container of fuel.4. Push fuel pump switch (3) in to transfer the fuel to the tank. When the tank is full, the pump stops refueling. Release fuel pump switch (3).5. Make sure excess fuel is drained from suction hose (2) before storing. 6. When storing suction hose (2), coil the hose in the storage box and install the storage box cover.
To prevent hose damage, do not coil the hose in a tight radius.
7. Install cap (1) on the fuel tank.8. Close the access door.Equipment Control Levers Adjustment
The equipment control lever position can be adjusted forward and backward.
