Information:

1. Loosen two Allen screws (1). Attach tooling (A) and remove coupling half. 2. Remove four bolts (2) and valve (3). 3. Remove coupler (4) and O-ring seal (6). Remove plug (5) and two bolts (8) and block (7). 4. Remove valve (9) from block (7). 5. Remove plunger (10) and three O-ring seals (11) from valve (3). 6. Remove plug (12), O-ring seal (13), spring retainer (14), spring (15), spring (16) and spool (17) from valve (3). Remove plug (21), O-ring seal (20), two Belleville washers (19) and spool (18) from valve (3). 7. Turn valve (3) on its side and remove plug (25), retainer (24), spring (23) and retainer (22). 8. Remove plunger (26) and threaded dowel (27) that plunger came out of. Remove three bolts (28) and valve block (29). 9. Remove plug (30), spring (31), spool (32) and valve body (33) out of valve block (29). 10. Remove fitting (34), coupling (35) and two blocks (36). Remove eight bolts (37) and plate (38). 11. Check O-ring seal on bottom of plate (38) and replace if necessary. Remove two bolts (40) and lift off pump section (39). 12. Remove two valves (42) and (43) and remove pump gear (41). 13. Use tool (B) to remove retaining ring (46). Remove key (44) and gear (45). 14. Use tool (B) to remove retaining ring (48). Remove eleven bolts (49) to remove plate (50), shaft (47) and bearing. 15. Use tool (D) to remove retaining ring (51) and remove bearing (52). Remove valve bodies (53) and (54) from pump section (39). 16. Place shaft (47) in press and press off bearing (55). 17. Place valve (54) on bench and remove plug (59), shims (58), spring (57) and spool (56). 18. Place valve (53) in press and using tool (E) compress valve assembly as shown and insert wire to hold compressed assembly. Remove retaining ring (60) with small screwdriver. After retaining ring has been removed compress valve assembly again to remove wire. 19. After relieving compression on valve (53) remove spool (61), plunger (62) and spring (63). 20. Remove coupler (64), six bolts (65) and pump section (66). 21. Turn pump section over and remove plate (67), cup bearing (68) and two bushings (69). 22. Lift out the piston assembly (70) by grasping the large and small control pistons. Remove tube (71), six bolts (72) and housing (73). 23. Place piston assembly in vise and remove small control piston (74) and large control piston (75).24. Use tool (C) to remove cone bearing (76) (not shown). 25. Remove ring (77) and cylinder block (78). 26. Remove three needle bearings (80) and shaft assembly (79). 27. Remove ring (81). Remove four bolts (83) and two retaining plates (84) from swash plate. Remove piston assembly (82). 28. Remove cup bearing (85) and plate (86). 29. Use tool (D) to remove retaining ring (87) and remove seal (88).
