Install manual valve assembly (1) onto plate (4) using the following parts: two bolts (19), four washers (13) and two locknuts (14). Tighten to standard torque.
Install O-ring seals (18) and connectors (15) on to manual valve assembly (1) .Note: Do not tighten the following connections until all components are installed and arranged properly.
Install O-ring seal (7) onto elbow (23) and connect to hydraulic block (3) .
Disconnect existing hose (A) and install hydraulic block (3) using the following parts: a rectangular seal (5), four washers (20) and four bolts (22) .
Install O-rings seals (16) into connectors (15) on the manual valve assembly (1) and connect to elbow (23) .
Mount manual valve assembly (1) to the stick by installing plate (4) using washers (10) and bolts (12) .
Connect hose (2) to connector (15) and route to the thumb cylinder.

Install manual valve assembly (1) onto plate (4) using the following parts: two bolts (19), two washers (13) and two locknuts (14). Tighten to standard torque.
Install O-ring seal (18) and coupling assembly (8) on to manual valve assembly (1) .
Install O-ring seal (18) and connector (15) on to manual valve assembly (1) .
Insert O-rings seals (16) into swivel tee (17) .Note: Do not tighten connections until all components are installed and arranged properly.
Install swivel tee (17) into existing stick lines (A) .
Connect manual valve assembly (1) and swivel tee (17) with coupling assembly (8) .
Mount manual valve assembly (1) to the stick by installing plate (4) using bolt (12) and washer (10) .
Insert O-ring seal (16) into connector (15) on manual valve assembly (1) and connect hose (2) .
