Loosen two screws (1) in order to remove cover (3) from panel (2). Remove bolt (4) and the washer.

Remove six bolts (5) and the washers in order to remove panel (2) from the machine.

Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect heater hose (6). Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect heater hose (7). Move the heater hoses aside.

Loosen two retaining nuts in order to disconnect two air conditioner hoses (8). Remove the two O-ring seals from the hoses and move the hoses aside.

Remove bolt (9) and the washer in order to disconnect four clips and hose bundle (10) from the heater assembly.

Disconnect electrical connector (11) and move the electrical connector aside.

Open three latches (12) in order to remove air filter cover (13) from the inside of the cab. Remove the air filter.

Remove two bolts (14) from the heater assembly. Use two appropriate bolts in order to attach Tooling (A) to the heater assembly.

Attach a double lifting sling onto a suitable hoist and onto Tooling (A). Remove eight nuts (15) and carefully remove the heater assembly from the machine. The weight of the heater assembly is 35 kg (77 lb).

Remove Tooling (A) and reinstall two bolts (14) that were removed in Step 11. Installation Procedure
Install heater assembly in the reverse order of removal.
