Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Loosen clamp assembly (5) and remove bolts (1). Remove tube (4).
Remove tube assemblies (2), (3), (6), and (7). Remove any clips and clamps.

Position harness assembly (12) out of the way.
Disconnect tube assembly (8) and the adapter.
Loosen clamp assembly (10) and remove bolts (9) and (14). Remove NRS exhaust cooler (11) and O-ring seal (13). Installation Procedure
Install exhaust cooler (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to O-ring seal (13).
Tighten clamp assembly (10) to a torque of 7.5 1 N m (66 9 lb in).
Tighten clamp assembly (5) to a torque of 8.5 2 N m (75 18 lb in).
