Use suitable lifting device to position link assembly (21) onto lift arms (8). The weight of link assembly (21) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).
Install pin assembly (23) onto link assembly (21). Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (22). Repeat step for opposite side.
Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device remove lift arms (8) from Tooling (F). The weight of lift arms (8) is approximately 635 kg (1400 lb.) Position lift arms (8) onto the machine.

If necessary install grease fitting (20). Install pin assembly (19). Install bolt (18). Repeat this step for other side of the machine.

Position link (12) and install pin assembly (17). Apply Tooling (N) to the threads of bolt (16). Install bolt (16). Install a number of washers (15) that will provide a minimum gap of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) and a maximum gap of 2.5 mm (0.1 inch) Install washer (14). Apply Tooling (B) onto bolt (13). Install bolt (13). Repeat this step for the opposite side of machine.
Remove Tooling (E).

Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device to lower lift arms (8). The weight of lift arms (8) is approximately 635 kg (1400 lb).
Install pin (10) to connect lift cylinder (11). Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (9). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Position harness assembly (7) and install the connecting hardware. Connect harness assembly (7).

Pull harness assemblies (6) through the machine frame and install the connecting hardware. Connect harness assemblies (6).
Lower the cab.

Connect hose assemblies (2) and (3). Install bolts (4) and bracket (5). Position hose assemblies (2) and (3) out of the way. Repeat this step for opposite side of the machine.

Install the quick coupler.
