Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.Note: Apply a light film of "10W" oil to all components before assembly.

Install O-ring seal (12), O-ring seal (16), setscrew (15) and nut (14) on cartridge (13) .
Install spring (11) in the pilot manifold and relief valve housing (1) .
Install cartridge (13) in the pilot manifold and relief valve housing (1) .
Install O-ring seal (10) and plug (9) .
Install spring (8) and valve (7) in the pilot manifold and relief valve housing (1) .
Install plug (9) in the pilot manifold and relief valve housing (1) .
Install solenoid valves (4) and (5) in the pilot manifold and the housing for the relief valve (1). Install solenoid valves (two) and (3). Install bolts (6) in the valves. End By: Install the Pilot Valve (Oil Manifold). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Valve (Oil Manifold) - Install" in this manual.
