Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to set the aftercooler (18) in place. The weight of aftercooler (18) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolt (17).

Install bolts (15), connect the hoses, and install hose clamps (16).

Install guard (13) and nuts (14)

Install bracket (10), nuts (12), and bolt (11).

Install nuts (7).
Install guard (8) and bolt (9).

Install guard (5) and bolts (6).
Install the guard (3), the spacers, the washers, and mounts (8).
Position harness assemblies (2) and install the cable straps holding harness assemblies (2) to guard (3).
Install bolt (4).
Fill the coolant system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct filling procedure. End By:
