58. Install rings (76) and (78) on piston (77). Install the rings on the piston with the lip up as shown. 59. Install piston (77) in housing assembly (79).60. Fasten a hoist and tooling (D) to housing assembly (79). Put the housing assembly in position on housing (75). 61. Install the ring in the groove in gear (80).62. Put gear (80) and plate (82) in position, and install bolts (81). 63. Install the ring in the groove in plate (83).64. Put plate (83) in position in plate (82). Install plate (83) with the counterbore facing up.65. Align the notch in the inner race of bearing (84) with the dowel in gear assembly (53), and install the bearing. 66. Put gear (85) in position, and install snap ring (86) with tool (B). 67. If bearing (86) was removed from carrier assembly (87), install the bearing with tool (G) until it is 9.5 0.5 mm (.37 .02 in.) below the surface of the carrier assembly. The inside diameter of bearing (86) must be 41.262 0.039 mm (1.6245 .0015 in.) after installation.68. Put bearings (88) in position in gear (89).69. Put gear (89) and discs (90) and (92) in position in carrier assembly (87), and install shaft (91). Make sure the rubber in pins (93) is not damaged or worn. If the rubber is damaged or worn, replace the pins.70. Align the hole in shaft (91) with the hole in carrier assembly (87), and install pin (93). Install the pin until it is even with the surface of the carrier assembly. 71. Fasten a hoist and two 5/16"-18 NC forged eyebolts to carrier assembly (87).72. Align the gears in carrier assembly (87) with gear (80), and install the carrier assembly.73. Install four bolts (94) to hold carrier assembly (87) in place. 74. Put gear (95) in position in hub (97), and install the ring that holds them together.75. Put the gear and hub (97) in position in gear (80), and install ring (98).76. Install ring (96) on the carrier assembly. 77. Put bearings (103) in position in gear (102).78. Put gear (102) and discs (99) and (101) in position in carrier (104), and install shaft (100). Make sure the rubber in pins (105) is not damaged or worn. If the rubber in the pins is damaged or worn, replace the pins.79. Align the hole in shaft (100) with the hole in carrier (104), and install pin (105). Install pin (105) until the end of the pin is even with the surface of the carrier. 80. Fasten a hoist and two 5/16"-18 NC eyebolts to carrier (104). Put the carrier in position on the carrier assembly.81. Put adapter (107) in position, and install four bolts (106).82. Use the hoist to support carrier (104), and install snap ring (105) with tool (E). 83. Put dowels (108) in position in the housing assembly.84.
