Remove panel (1). Repeat for opposite side.

Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to cooling package (11). The weight of cooling package (11) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb). Note: For installation purposes measurement the distance from the top of cooling package to the cab.

Remove bolts (12).

Remove bolts (13) and cover (14).

Remove bolts (16) and disconnect harness assembly (17).

Place cooling package (11) on to suitable cribbing. Installation Procedure
Install cooling system package (11) in the reverse order of removal.

If cooling system package (11) needs adjusted use adjuster (20). Tighten nuts (18) to a torque of 125 20 N m (92.19500 14.75120 lb ft).
Assemble spacer (19) so that chamfer on spacer (19) clears radius under bolt head.
