Surface finish requirement of 0.7 Rz um for the High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coated surfaces was not consistently met on the machines listed above. Rz is the sum of Rpm (peaks) and Rvm (valleys). Surface finish Rpm (peak) measurements are in control, but the Rvm (valleys) may experience higher variation.Solution
