Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace as required.

Attach a suitable lifting device to diverter valve (1). The weight of the diverter valve (1) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb).
Install diverter valve (1), plate (11), and three bolts (8).
Install elbow (9) to diverter valve (1) and tighten two clamps (10).
Connect hose assembly (5) and hose assembly (6) to diverter valve (1).
Connect the electrical harness to flow switch (7).

Connect hose assembly (4) to diverter valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (2) and hose assembly (3) to diverter valve (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure. End By:
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install.".
