Information:

1. Loosen two screws (1) and remove precleaner (2) from the air cleaner assembly. 2. Loosen hose clamp (3). Remove the two cable straps that secure electrical connector (4). Disconnect electrical connector (4). 3. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the air cleaner assembly, as shown. Remove four bolts (6) and the washers.4. Carefully remove the air cleaner assembly from turbocharger hose (5). The weight of the air cleaner assembly is 27 kg (60 lb).Installation Procedure
1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the air cleaner assembly, as shown.2. Carefully put the air cleaner assembly in position on the machine. The weight of the air cleaner assembly is 27 kg (60 lb).3. Install turbocharger hose (5) to the air cleaner assembly. Install four bolts (6) and the washers. 4. Connect electrical connector (4). Install two cable straps to secure electrical connector (4), as shown. Tighten hose clamp (3). 5. Put precleaner (2) in position on the air cleaner assembly. Tighten two screws (1).End By:a.
