1. Position a suitable floor jack under rear power train guard (1).2. Remove the four bolts and washers that hold the power train guard to the rear frame.3. Use the floor jack to carefully lower rear power train guard (1) on to the hinge pin. The weight of rear power train guard (1) is 36 kg (79 lb).4. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for front power train guard (2).5. Use the floor jack to carefully lower front power train guard (2) on to the hinge pin. The weight of front power train guard (2) is 41 kg (90 lb). 6. Move power train guards (1) and (2) to the side to allow access to the engine compartment.Installation Procedure
1. Move power train guards (1) and (2) to the center position under the engine compartment.2. Use the floor jack to carefully lift rear power train guard (1) into position. The weight of rear power train guard (1) is 36 kg (79 lb).3. Install the four bolts and washers that hold the rear power train guard to the rear frame.4. Use the floor jack to carefully lift front power train guard (2) into position. The weight of front power train guard (2) is 41 kg (90 lb).5. Install the four bolts and washers that hold the front power train guard to the rear frame.End By:a. Remove the steering frame lock pin.
