3 8 8T-4196 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
4 8 8T-4136 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
5 - - Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 between swivel joint flange and retainer plate.
6 60 461-3893 Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolt:
1. Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to the threads. Omit the bolt seats and the washer faces.
2. Tighten bolts to 800 50 N m (590 37 lb ft).
3. Tighten bolts to an additional turn angle of 60 5 degrees.
7 4 8T-4136 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
8 - - Apply 8C-8422 Sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and the upper frame assembly. Apply 8C-8422 Sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and the carbody assembly.
9 1 7Y-1095 Dowel Apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to the dowel holes.
10 37 461-3894 Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolt:
1. Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to the threads. Omit the bolt seats and the washer faces.
2. Tighten bolts to 800 50 N m (590 37 lb ft).
3. Tighten bolts to an additional turn angle of 60 5 degrees.
11 2 8T-4137 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
